Snowshoe tour Wetterhorn
The Wetterhorn snowshoe tour is an easy hike with impressive views. On the edge of the idyllic mountain village of Grindelwald and at the foot of the Wetterhorn, the marked route leads towards Grosse Scheidegg. A magnificent view of the Upper Grindelwald Glacier, the First ski area and the Schynige Platte is guaranteed as we meander leisurely through alpine meadows and snow-covered forests.
At the rustic Ischboden mountain hut, we have the opportunity to stop for refreshments and visit the Alpine Bird Park, with the world-famous north face of the Eiger always in view. The trail then leads back down to the Wetterhorn parking lot and rounds off an unforgettable winter experience.

Easy snowshoe tour
No previous experience is necessary for snowshoeing and is suitable for anyone with a moderate level of fitness. Minimum age 8 years for children under 12 years only when accompanied by an adult
Snowshoe tour for advanced snowshoers
No previous experience is necessary for snowshoeing and it is suitable for everyone with moderate fitness. Minimum age is 14 years.
- Warm winter clothing that is as waterproof as possible
